Here's a great video from this years TED conference. It's nice to see Africa treated as more than one big place. Watching this professor make data dance also makes me worry about California where for the first time ever, we'll spend more money on the criminal justice system than on public education and the university system. Seems like a bad omen in a time when we need innovation more than ever. Whooooaaaaaaaa, that's bad.
